Return Process
To make your return request, please contact us within 14 days from the date you received the product.
Upon your return request, we will provide you with instructions for return.
In order to return the product, it must be in its original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition.
Return Scope
Requests for returns or exchanges are accepted provided that the products are undamaged and in their original packaging.
For products intended for personal use, return is subject to availability due to hygiene conditions.
Refund Process
Once the returned products are checked, the refund process will be initiated.
Refunds will be made in accordance with the original method of payment (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
The refund will be completed within 14 days from the date the product was returned.
Shipping Fees
