Washing and Care Instructions
With similar colors Machine wash cold at 30 degrees. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry. Wash inside out. Iron on low heat, avoid the design area.

BENNRKN olarak, siparişlerinizi en hızlı ve güvenli şekilde size ulaştırmak için çalışıyoruz. Siparişlerinizi, ödeme onayı alındıktan sonra 2-5 iş günü içinde kargoya veriyoruz. Kargo süresi, teslimat adresinize ve taşıyıcı firmaya bağlı olarak değişiklik gösterebilir.
Teslimat, adresinize en yakın kargo şubesinden veya belirtilen teslimat noktasından yapılacaktır.

İade Şartları:
Ürünlerimizi beğenmediyseniz veya başka bir sebeple iade etmek isterseniz, teslimat tarihinden itibaren 14 gün içinde iade talebinde bulunabilirsiniz. Ürün iade koşullarını şu şekilde belirliyoruz:

• Ürün kullanılmamış, etiketleri ve ambalajı hasar görmemiş olmalıdır.
• İade etmek istediğiniz ürünle birlikte orijinal fatura ve iade talep formunu göndermeniz gerekmektedir.
• İade talebiniz onaylandığında, geri ödeme işlemi 7 iş günü içinde tamamlanacaktır.

İade Ücretleri:
İade gönderim ücretleri alıcıya aittir.

Değişim:
Mevcut ürünümüzün yerine başka bir ürün almak isterseniz, iade sürecini başlatarak yeni siparişinizi verebilirsiniz. Ürün değişimi yapılmamaktadır.

Return and Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. So if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to make a reasonable refund or exchange. Below you will find our return and refund policy:

1. Return Process

   • To make your return request, please contact us within 14 days from the date you received the product.

   • Upon your return request, we will provide you with instructions for return.

   • In order to return the product, it must be in its original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition.

2. Return Scope

   • Requests for returns or exchanges are accepted provided that the products are undamaged and in their original packaging.

   • For products intended for personal use, return is subject to availability due to hygiene conditions.

3. Refund Process

   • Once the returned products are checked, the refund process will be initiated.

   • Refunds will be made in accordance with the original method of payment (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).

   • The refund will be completed within 14 days from the date the product was returned.

4. Shipping Fees

   • Shipping costs for returned products are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that you must pay shipping costs for the return process.
